Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) is a comprehensivecognitive-behavioral treatment developed by Marsha Linehan that focus onemotional regulation and interpersonal relationships teaching mindfulnessskills, stress tolerance.

EMDR Therapy is an integrative treatmentapproach that addresses the physiological storage of memory and how it isexperienced by the person to heal trauma and adversity. The clinician will usethe dual attention bilateral stimulation or eye movements, tactile tapping orauditory tones is implemented to activate the stored memories and reprocessingthem to link them to adaptive memory network given attention to images,beliefs, emotions, physical responses, increased awareness internal stability, resiliency,and interpersonal relationships.
