Dr. Yadely Leon Infante, the owner, and the founder of Neurobehavioral Health. She is the first-generation Cuban American immigrant to USA. Dr. Leon Infante studied Clinical Psychology in Cuba for 4 years in the University of Havana. After moving to Miami in 2003, She continued her studies in the field of psychology and completed a Bachelor Degree of Science in Psychology in 2004. Her long-life passion for psychology and holistic view of mind-body interaction led her to work on obtaining a group of licenses and certification that she integrates to find the most effective interventions foreach person that she treats. Dr. Leon Infante obtained a Licensed Mental Health Counseling in 2011; completed her Doctor of Psychology in Clinical Psychology with a dual concentration in General Practice and Clinical Neuropsychology with an internship in Clinical Neuropsychology in 2014 from Albizu University, Miami Campus, an accredited university by American Psychological Association. In addition, Dr. Leon Infante has continues her professional growing in the field of Psychology, learning and being trained in areas that have been enhancing his clinical work including Hypnosis, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing; and a certification in Applied Behavior Analyst in 2020, a behavioral intervention that is effective to treat neurodevelopmental or neurocognitive conditions that impact the individual’s adaptive behaviors, but mainly children and adult diagnosed with autism spectrum. The holistic training and more than 20 years of experience is the result of her dedication, passion, and love for the field of Psychology that stands from her strong and revolutionary beliefs that mental conditions are treatable and a holistic approach is a more effective approach to address the complexity of mental conditions.
Dr. Yadely Leon Infante is a current member of American Psychological Association, the American Counseling Association, and the Association of Professional Behavior Analysts. She lives in Miami and has a family and 3 daughters with whom she enjoys talking, doing outdoors activities, and getting out into nature every change she gets.
